Our core principle is privacy. This website does not collect, store, or share any personal data from its users during normal tool usage.
- All file processing (compression, encoding, etc.) is done locally in your browser using JavaScript. No files or data are ever uploaded to our servers.
Third-Party Services & Advertising
- To support the service, we use third-party advertising from Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use their services here.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK can manage their consent choices at any time through the consent management dialog on our site.
Pro License and Payments
Purchasing a Pro license is handled by our third-party payment processor (Gumroad). We do not store or have access to your payment card information. The payment processor collects the necessary information for the transaction, such as your email address, to send you a receipt and the license key.
When you activate a Pro license, the application makes a one-time, secure network request to our server to verify your license key's validity. If successful, activation token is stored locally in your browser's storage (localStorage). This token is used to unlock Pro features and is not sent over the network again. If you switch devices, you can re-use your license key, which will trigger another verification request. All file processing continues to happen entirely within your browser.
